We are 6 months through the year and here are some highlights of the past 6 months:

Piano Recital was very successful and financial results were $1550.00 raised.

Crystal reported a successful Blood Drive with 37 Donors, 32 procedures and reaching 178% of Goal!

Annual Clean-up with 55lbs of trash and debris removed and (imagine this!) 5 lbs of dog poop!  There were about 40 members of Rotary and
the community there to accomplish all of this!

Future Chefs at J Wine was so delicious and successful with $1500.00 for Yavapi Culinary Ctr and $2800+ for other charities.

Clark's Grocery Grab very, very successful with about $7,000.00 raised!

We as a whole are (without Grocery Grab $$) are at about 28% of our $10,000.00 Annual Goal!

Still looking for Director of Vocational Services (Maybe Sarah?), a Program Chair, Debbie Gregor will support Robin Von, Chair
of Fundraising and a General Advocate.

Suggestion made to have everyone adopt a program once a month!

Mark's "state of membership" power point was presented by Damian.

David mentioned the need to bring "passion" back to our group which would also create perhaps more interest in membership to the club.  Carolyn also suggested
a more focused and targeted mission from our group that is more inclusive to all
members and residents in our community.  This created a robust conversation between all in attendance at the meeting and merits further discussion and consideration.

Crystal also mentioned the Sedona Village Holiday Party on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at Decanter Tasting Room from 6-8pm, at the north end of the Collective on SR 179 in the Village of Oak Creek. Network and mingle while sampling some of Decanters fine wines and Charcuterie. Everyone is welcome!
SVBA members $10 and non-members just $15. Purchase raffle tickets to win fabulous prizes including a three-hour private, customized wine tour for 2 and a free graphic consultation.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:46 AM and was followed by the Matza Ortiz pottery sale.  Handmade, unique pieces with 20% of sales going to the Rotary Club.
