Welcome: Damian welcomed all…on time. He stated the R.I. Vision Statement, and reminded us that the outgoing President of Rotary International is Mark Maloney, from Decatur Georgia.
Greeter:  Carolyn was our greeter. She did the obligatory Flag salute and recitation of the 4Way Test with #5 being FUN! Her thought of the Day came from the Dalai Lama: “It is very rare or almost impossible that an event can be negative from all points of view.”
Attendees: This was a virtual meeting. The attendees were: Damian, Mark, Rob, Jennette, Ernie, Carolyn, Miki, Sara, Dennis, Jack, Debbie, Ken, Holly, Chuck, Lori, Harvey, Harry. John, and Crystal (19).
Visiting Rotarians: DG David Simmer
Guests: Ron Volkman, Coldwell Banker Realty and speaker.
DG Words of Wisdom: David shared with us that the pandemic has actually created new opportunities for Rotary attendance. Zoom allows people who are traveling and snowbirds to visit virtually.

Prices are stable in VOC, -20% in Sedona. On Market time 121 days…4 months on average. Asking vs selling prices at 93%. Vacation rental down significantly. The market will be very busy through the Summer and Fall.
R.I. Foundation: John provided Club giving data. Average EREY (Every Rotarian, Every Year). $127 very high. 9 members need to give to the foundation if we are to reach %100. He shared the “How to Give “ chart and where your contribution goes. How can you give? Go to rotary.org or call The Rotary Foundation.
Rotary leadership Institute: Ken joined RLI virtually last weekend. He really enjoyed the instruction and learned a lot. As a new member he though the 3 hour meeting was very instructional.
