Rotarian Will Trezise shared an in-depth presentation on maximizing the impact of charitable giving. Drawing on his extensive experience in banking and financial counseling, Will highlighted that in 2022, U.S. citizens donated over $500 billion to a variety of charities.

He explained tax-efficient strategies for giving during one's lifetime and legacy giving for future generations. Key topics included the benefits of Donor-Advised Funds, the tax implications of Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), and the advantages of Qualified Charitable Donations (QCDs). In addition to his role as a financial advisor at Edward Jones, Will is a dedicated volunteer in many Rotary Club projects. His sons, Sterling and Sawyer, often join him in supporting Rotary initiatives, exemplifying a family commitment to service.
