Master Gardener Garden Tour
The self-guided garden tour ($20 admission) offers exclusive public access to four private residential gardens and a lovely community garden spanning West Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek. The tour will highlight innovative high-desert landscaping techniques, drought-tolerant native and non-native plantings (flowers, vegetables, herbs), and creative outdoor living spaces designed to harmonize with the local environment. Attendees can interact directly with homeowners and certified Master Gardeners at each site to learn about vital regional topics, including soil building, pest management, and water harvesting. The Master Gardeners are also offering free garden lectures and an information table.
Food: While enjoying the garden fest, stop by the Rotary barbecue for burgers, hot dogs, potato salad, and refreshments. Proceeds help support community garden programs, food bank donations, and other local service projects. There will also be an ice cream vendor.
