Thursday brought us club news and updates to share. We had 4 guests in attendance and it was a lively morning.
Youth Services: shared an update about the Verde Valley School Interact Club and the amazing things they are doing. Red Rock Interact Club spoke to us about their walkathon for May 7. See below for details. All are welcome to attend Youth Services meetings. Please reach out to Holly for more information.
Membership: We're sitting at 36 members and have 4 potential members coming along. For a young club, we're busy, active, and attracting people all of the time.
Administrative: Carolyn shared the day for Strategic Planning: June 18 and all club members are welcome to attend. Location TBD. Don't forget the end of the year demotion and installation breakfast at Red Rock Cafe: June 28, 7:30am, and a service project will be performed by all of us in attendance.
Fundraising: Grocery Grab yielded about a $10,000 profit. Way to go everyone for participating! Golf Extravaganza is next. September 24, mark your calendars.
Community Service/PR: Plant & Seed Sale was a success! 3 beds adopted and many interested. We're working on future garden plans and the paver entertainment space. PR is constant with social media, press releases, website updates and more.
