The Community Garden is Buzzing!

The Community Garden is buzzing with excitement and now it's time for Club members to jump in and help! With so many projects taking place at the space, it's now time to divide and conquer. We need help with the following:
Research Team- start finding best practices for community gardens, rules for gardeners, policies, annual cost suggestion for those adopting a bed and wanting to plant and grow.
Sponsorship Team- sponsorship outreach. Work directly with Heather Hermen and send out sponsorship packets, deliver packets, make contact with potential sponsors, help generate more sponsors.
Products Team- research ideas and products for sunshades, picnic tables, seating, storage organization, tool check out and storage, and more.
Drainage/Irrigation Team- researching local companies, obtaining bids for the scope of the work- irrigation of a community garden with 40+ raised beds, a pollinating garden, and more.

If you find your skill sets matched to one of these teams, please contact Heather Hermen now and let's keep the Garden buzzing with excitement in the community.

Save the date for the Garden Work Day: September 26, 7:00am-11:00am. Contact Christie Helm to sign up now!
